NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to KEITH MCQUILLAN (the “Defendant”) that proceedings have been commenced against him in the Royal Court of Guernsey by PETER TERENCE RICHARD FERBRACHE (the “Plaintiff”) and that copies of the summons to the Defendant returnable at 9:30 am on Friday, 31 January 2025 (the “Return Date”) and other relevant documents are available for the Defendant’s inspection and collection from the Plaintiff’s address for service, Somers House, Rue du Pre, St Peter Port, Guernsey.

The Defendant is urged to make contact with the Plaintiff at his address for service or with the Royal Court of Guernsey at the earliest possible opportunity and in any event prior to the Return Date. The Defendant’s failure to appear before the Royal Court of Guernsey on the Return Date may result in judgment being given against him.
