PHILIP DAVID BROWNING
NOTICE IS GIVEN that all creditors and others having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the estate of Philip David Browning, late of Les Gouies Farm, La Vassalerie, St Andrew’s, Guernsey, who died on the 30th day of March, 2025, and to whose estate a Grant of Probate was granted by the Bailiwick of Guernsey Probate Registry on the 2nd day of May 2025 to Advocate Andrew Douglas Laws (‘the Executor’) are required to send particulars in writing to the Executor whose address is Babbé LLP, La Vieille Cour, La Plaiderie, St Peter Port, Guernsey on or before the 12th day of September, 2025, after which date the Executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which he has had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the deceased or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands he then has not had notice – the whole in conformity with The Prescription (Amendment) (Guernsey) Law 1997.
