(“the Companies”)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following Written Resolution of the respective Members of the Companies was unanimously adopted as a Special Resolution of Granite Debtco 8 Limited on 28 April 2025 and of Granite Holdco 8 Limited on 29 April 2025:

“THAT the Company be placed into a Members’ Voluntary Winding Up.”

And that the following Written Resolution of the respective Members of the Companies was unanimously adopted as an Ordinary Resolution of Granite Debtco 8 Limited on 28 April 2025 and of Granite Holdco 8 Limited on 29 April 2025:

“THAT Andrea Frances Alice Harris and Benjamin Alexander Rhodes of Grant Thornton Limited, St James Place, St James Street, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 2NZ be hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company.”

All persons having claims against the Companies are required to submit details to the Joint Liquidators before 25 June 2025 and all persons indebted to the Companies are required to settle their debt with the Joint Liquidators by the above date.

The Companies are able to pay all their known liabilities in full.
