NOTIFICATION OF TREE PROTECTION ORDER
An area of trees of various species, together with several individual trees

As required by Section 13 (1) (c) of the Land Planning and Development (Special Controls) Ordinance, 2007, notice is given that the Development & Planning Authority has made a tree protection order in respect of the above trees. Copies of the order may be inspected during normal office hours at the Planning Service’s offices at Sir Charles Frossard House.
Any objections or representations regarding the above order must be made to the Planning Service in writing by 1st October 2025 and must specify the protected tree in relation to which they are made and, in the case of objections, must include the reasons for the objections.
