Meeting at the Vale Douzaine Room, which commences at 7-30 p.m. on Tuesday 4th November 2025

BY THE ELECTORS ONLY TO ELECT

FIVE DOUZENIERS to replace Miss R A Henry, Mr T I Ashworth, Mr J E Bond and Mrs A B Setters and to complete the term of Mr O C E Brock, 1 year.

TWO MEMBERS OF THE PAROCHIAL CEMETERY COMMITTEE to replace Mr P J Lowe and Mrs M M van der Tang.

Nomination forms are available from the Constables Office during office hours 10am till 1pm.

BY THE ELECTORS AND RATEPAYERS

       To elect Auditors for the Constables accounts for 2025.

       To fix the time at which Parish Meetings shall be held in 2026.

       To discuss contributions to school library books.

       To consider installing solar panels to the Douzaine room.               

       To take all such measures as the Electors and Ratepayers may deem advisable.
