In accordance with the provisions of The Air Transport Licensing (Guernsey) Law, 1995 (‘The Law’), the Transport Licensing Authority (‘The Authority’) invites any person, organisation, society, agents, etc to make representations regarding an application from Loganair Ltd for an air transport licence to operate scheduled passenger and cargo services to and from GUERNSEY to JERSEY.

Any person may, within a period of 14 days, submit written representations to the Authority in respect of the application or proposal in question.

The Authority shall not be obliged to consider any representations received by it after the expiration of the said 14-day period.

Representations may be made between 12.00am on Tuesday 2nd December 2025 and 11.59pm on Monday 15^th December 2025.

The Authority may, in its absolute discretion, decide that the provisions of sections 15 & 16 of the Law shall not apply in any particular case; and, where the Authority so decides, it shall not thereafter be obliged to consider any representations made to it in relation to that case.
