NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to section 30(8)(a) of the Law, that pursuant to clause 9.1 of the limited partnership agreement relating to the Partnership, the Partnership (with its registered office at PO Box 246, Dorey Court, Admiral Park, St Peter Port, GY1 3QE, Guernsey), has been dissolved with effect from 24 March 2024.
