NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that all creditors and others having any claim against

or claiming to be beneficially interested in the Estate of the late VANESSA KERAN ARCHER (nee Pay) of La Maisonette, Kings Mills, Castel, Guernsey who died on the 9th day of June, 2023, are required to send particulars in writing to GEORGE BISHOP LE PAGE (“ The Executor”) of Atlantis, Route des Bas Courtils, St Saviours, Guernsey GY7 9YJ to whom Probate was granted by The Ecclesiastical Court of The Bailiwick of Guernsey on the 20th October, 2023 before the 8th of June, 2024 after which date The Executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims The Executor has received notice of and The Executor shall not be liable for the assets of the deceased, or any part of them so distributed, to any person or persons whose claims or demands have not been notified, the whole in conformity with The Prescription (Amendment) ( Guernsey) Law, 1997.
