Voluntary liquidation of 2023 Games LBG

(“the Company”)

 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following written resolution of the Guarantee Members of the Company was unanimously adopted as a Special Resolution on 28 March 2024:

“THAT the Company, having now completed the sole purpose for which it was incorporated, being the organisation of the 2023 Island Games, be wound up voluntarily.”

And that the following written resolution of the Guarantee Members of the Company was unanimously adopted as an Ordinary Resolution on 28 March 2024:

“THAT Ian Robert Damarell, a director of the Company, be appointed as Liquidator to wind up the Company’s affairs and to realise and distribute its assets, on the understanding that the Liquidator shall not be entitled to any remuneration from the Company.”

All persons having claims against the Company are required to submit details to the Liquidator at the address given below before 30 April 2024, and all persons indebted to the Company are required to settle their debt with the Liquidator by the same date.

The Company is able to pay all its known liabilities in full.
