In the Estate of Onsi Sawiris of 3 El Nessim Street, Zamalek, Kasr El Nil, Cairo, Egypt, who died on 29^th June 2021 - TAKE NOTICE that all persons having any claim to or against the above Estate are hereby required to send written particulars thereof to the Executor, Wither Trust Corporation of 20 Old Bailey, London, EC4M 7AN to arrive on or before 9 July 2024, failing which the Executor will distribute the Estate without regard thereto, and shall not, as respects the Estate so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they have not had notice at the time of distribution, the whole pursuant to The Prescription (Amendment) (Guernsey) Law, 1997.
