NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following written resolutions of Century Corporation Limited (in voluntary liquidation) (the “Company”) were duly passed on 28 March 2024, each resolution stating that: “the Company be wound up voluntarily pursuant to section 391(b) of the Companies (Guernsey) Law, 2008” and “Clive Fortis and David Rubin of Begbies Traynor (Guernsey) Limited, Ground Floor, Elizabeth House, Les Ruettes Braye, St. Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 1EW, be and are hereby appointed as joint liquidators for the purposes of the winding up of the Company and that any power conferred upon them by the Company, or by law, be exercisable by them jointly or by each of them alone”.

All persons having claims against or who are indebted to the Company are requested to send details thereof to the address below not later than 30 April 2024.
