NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at

9.45 am on Tuesday, 30th April 2024

COASTAL BAY CAFÉ LIMITED will

apply to the Royal Court of Guernsey,

pursuant to the provisions of the Liquor

Licensing Ordinance, 2006, in respect

of premises known as “GUERNSEY

PEARL CAFÉ – HIMALAYAN KITCHEN”

situate at Guernsey Pearl, Route de

Rocquaine, St Pierre du Bois, Guernsey

for: (1) the existing Category (A) Liquor

Licence granted on 12th March 2024 to

be amended such that the closing time

of the premises be extended from 17.00

to 22.00, and (2) the existing under 18s

permit granted on 12th March 2024 to be

amended such that the closing time in

relation to the exercise of such permit

be extended from 17.00 to 22.00 (the

“licence”), the whole in accordance with

a change in the planning designation in

relation to the premises from Use Class

10 to Use Classes 11 and 12 which was

granted under the terms of Sections

15 and 16 of the Land Planning and

Development (Guernsey) Law, 2005 on

20 March 2024. Any person wishing to

oppose such application should contact

must be present in Court to show cause

why it should not be granted.
