NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the directors of Carbon Green Investments Guernsey Limited with company number 52744 (the Company), under section 92 of the Companies (Guernsey) Law, 2008, as amended, to all its creditors, of the proposed application to the Registrar of Companies in Guernsey for the removal of the Company from the Register of Companies in Guernsey to be registered as a company under the laws of Mauritius.
