Vale Mooring Committee
VALE MOORINGS COMMITTEES
The Constables of the Vale request boat owners, with registered moorings at Bordeaux, Les Amarreurs, Chouet, and Rousse, to attend a meeting in the Main Hall, Vale Douzaine Room, Maraitaine Road, Vale on Wednesday 24th April 2024 at 7.00pm for the following business:-
- To elect five ordinary members of the Bordeaux Moorings Committee for a term of three years.
- To elect three ordinary members of the Les Amarreurs Moorings Committee for a term of three years.
- To elect two or three ordinary members of the Chouet Moorings Committee for a term of three years.
- To elect five ordinary members of the Rousse Moorings Committee for a term of three years.
- To discuss any other relevant matters.
The Committees give notice to all boat owners with registered moorings in the GRANDE HAVRE AREA (Rousse, Les Amarreurs and Chouet), that they are required to have their mooring number painted (or repainted if indecipherable) on the mooring bobber & mooring ropes must be cleaned not later than 30th April 2024.
All boat owners in the BORDEAUX MOORING AREA are required to have their allocation number painted on the mooring bobber and on the “in and out haulers” (or repainted if indecipherable) not later than 30th April 2024.
ALL MOORINGS NOT SO MARKED WILL BE DEEMED AS BEING ABANDONED AND WILL BE RE-ALLOCATED BY THE COMMITTEE.
N.B. MOORINGS ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF THE RELEVANT MOORINGS COMMITTEE.
