NOTICE IS GIVEN that all creditors and others having claims

against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the estate of Roy

Sloman Langford late of 106 Rosaire Gardens, Rosaire Avenue, St

Peter Port, in the Island of Guernsey, who died on 7 February 2024

and in respect of whom the Grant of Probate was issued by the

Bailiwick of Guernsey Probate Registry on 19 April 2024 to Martyn

Baudains (administrator) for the administration of the Estate are

required to send particulars in writing to Priya Jobanputra at Ogier

whose address is Redwood House, St Jullian's Avenue, St Peter's

Port, Guernsey on or before 3 months from date of last publication

7 August 2024 after which date the Administrator will proceed to

distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled

to them having regard only to the claims of which the Executors

have had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the

deceased or any of them so distributed to any person or whose

claims or demands the Administrator has not had notice.
