GUERNSEY COMPETITION AND REGULATORY AUTHORITY: STATUTORY NOTICE OF PROPOSED DIRECTION

The Guernsey Competition and Regulatory Authority (GCRA) hereby gives notice that, on 15 May 2024, it issued a Statutory Notice of a Proposed Direction to Sure (Guernsey) Limited under section 27(3) of the Telecommunications (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2001. Full details of the proposed direction and the reasons for it are set out in the Proposed Direction which has been published on the GCRA’s website under matter T1644G: https://www.gcra.gg.
