PUBLICATION

The Rector and Churchwardens of the above Parish invite the Electors and Ratepayers thereof to meet at La Chambre de la Douzaine, Rue des Landes on Wednesday 29^th May 2024 at 7.30pm to transact the following business: -

To approve the following duly audited accounts of the year 2023

A. The Tresor accounts before the Very Reverend, the Dean of Guernsey or his delegate.

B The Churchwardens’ Parish Accounts

The Churchwardens ‘Parish Accounts will be available for inspection at La Chambre de la Douzaine between 7pm and 8pm on Tuesday 21^st May 2024.

To appoint auditors of the Churchwardens’ Parish accounts for the year 2024

To hear the Rector appoint her Churchwarden

To elect two ratepayers to the Parochial Church Property Management Board to replace Mr A Ozanne, and Mr P Paul who are eligible for re-election.

To decide whether on the recommendation of the Parochial Church Property Management Board if they are of the opinion to levy the following sums by means of an owner’s rate: -

Ordinary repairs to Parish church	2,000.00
Extra ordinary repairs to parish church boundary wall	8,000.00
Insurance of Parish church	2,100.00
Upkeep of Cemetery	5,000.00
Upkeep of Clock and bells and remuneration of ringers	1,000.00

Total	18,100.00

6.To request the Constables to include the sum in the Remede

7.To take all such measures as the electors and ratepayers may deem advisable in these matters
