NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with Section 30(8)(a) of the Limited Partnerships (Guernsey) Law, 1995, as amended that on 07 May 2024 the LP was deemed dissolved and the Revetas II GP Limited in its capacity as General partner be required to wind up the affairs of the LP.

All persons having claims against the LP are required to submit details thereof to the Liquidating Trustee before 04 June 2024 and all persons indebted to the Partnership are required to settle with the LP by the above-mentioned date.

The LP is able to pay all its known liabilities in full.
