LICENCE AND UNDER 18'S PERMIT in respect of premises called SALTWATER

RESTAURANT at Beaucette Marina, aforesaid, together with the APPOINTMENT OF

MATTHEW DAVID LIVINGSTON AS THE DESIGNATED OFFICIAL responsible for conduct

of the said licence.
