(“the Company”)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the Company, duly convened and held at La Corvee House, La Corvee St An, Guernsey, GY9 3TQ on 6 June 2024, the following Written Resolution of the Members of the Company was unanimously adopted as a Special Resolution:

“THAT the Company be placed into a Members’ Voluntary Winding Up.”

And that the following Written Resolution of the Members of the Company was unanimously adopted as an Ordinary Resolution on 6 June 2024:

“THAT Benjamin Alexander Rhodes and Andrea Harris of Grant Thornton Limited, St James Place, St James Street, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 2NZ, be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company.”

All persons having claims against the Company are required to submit details to the Joint Liquidators before 19 July 2024 and all persons indebted to the Company are required to settle their debt with the Joint Liquidators by the above date.
