DNO OMAN BLOCK 8 LIMITED (IN LIQUIDATION)

(“the Company”)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following Written Resolutions of the Members of the Company were unanimously adopted as Special Resolutions on 25 June 2024:

“THAT the Company be placed into a Members’ Voluntary Winding Up.”

“THAT the name of the Company be changed from DNO Oman Block 8 Limited to East Limited with immediate effect.”

And that the following Written Resolution of the Members of the Company was unanimously adopted as an Ordinary Resolution on 25 June 2024:

“THAT Andrea Harris and Benjamin Alexander Rhodes of Grant Thornton Limited, St James Place, St James Street, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 2NZ be hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company.”

All persons having claims against the Company are required to submit details to the Joint Liquidators before 24 July 2024 and all persons indebted to the Company are required to settle their debt with the Joint Liquidators by the above date.
