"CHARLES JULIAN GORDON RUSSELL, DECEASED

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that all creditors and others having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the Estate of the late Charles Julian Gordon Russell of Rocklands, Les Vardes, St Peter Port , Guernsey who died on 24th May 2022, whose Will was proved in the Bailiwick of Guernsey Probate Registry on 26th May 2023 by Erica Paula Gordon Russell and Carey Olsen Client Services (Guernsey) Limited (the "Executors") are required to send particulars in writing to the Executors whose address is c/o Carey House, Les Banques, St Peter Port on or before 1st October 2024 after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which it has had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the deceased or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands it has not had notice, the whole in conformity with The Prescription (Amendment) (Guernsey) Law, 1997.
