NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Written Resolution of the Members of the Company was executed on 20 June 2024, the following Special Resolution was confirmed:

“THAT the Company be wound up voluntarily pursuant to Section 391(1)(b) of the Companies (Guernsey) Law, 2008, as amended (the “Companies Law”) and Nicholas Vermeulen and Natalie Boes, of Royal Bank Place, 1 Glategny Esplanade, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 4ND, be appointed as Joint Liquidators (the “Liquidators”) of the Company."

All persons owing monies to the above-mentioned company are requested to settle the account concerned direct with the Joint Liquidators.

All persons having claims against the above-mentioned company are requested to send a detailed account thereof to the Joint Liquidators on or before 26 July 2024.
