NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 30 April 2024, the Royal Court of Guernsey ordered that the Administration Order over the Company be discharged pursuant to section 382(2)(a) of the Companies (Guernsey) Law, 2008 (as amended) (“the Law”), and that the Company be compulsorily wound up pursuant to section 406(e) and 408 of the Law. Andrea Harris and Benjamin Alexander Rhodes of Grant Thornton Limited, St James Place, St James Street, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 2NZ were appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up.

All persons having claims against the Company are required to submit details to the Joint Liquidators before 6 September 2024. It is not anticipated that there will be funds available for distribution to creditors.
