NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following Written Resolution of the Members of the Companies was unanimously adopted as a Special Resolution on 11 June 2024 of each of the Companies:

“THAT the Company be placed into a Members’ Voluntary Winding Up.”

And that the following Written Resolution of the Members of the Companies was unanimously adopted as an Ordinary Resolution on 11 June 2024 of each of the Companies:

“THAT Andrea Harris and Benjamin Alexander Rhodes of Grant Thornton Limited, St James Place, St James Street, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 2NZ be hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company.”

All persons having claims against the Companies are required to submit details to the Joint Liquidators before 02 August 2024 and all persons indebted to the Companies are required to settle their debt with the Joint Liquidators by the above date.
