GUERNSEY COMPETITION AND REGULATORY AUTHORITY: STATUTORY NOTICE OF FINAL DECISION

The Guernsey Competition and Regulatory Authority (GCRA) hereby gives Statutory Notice that, on 12 July 2024, it issued a Final Decision under section 8(2)(c)(ii) of the Telecommunications (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2001 modifying the licences of telecommunications operators in Guernsey. The Final Decision has been published on the GCRA’s website under matter T1676G: https://www.gcra.gg.
