IAN CHARLES MCBOYLE (DECEASED)

NOTICE IS GIVEN that all creditors and others having claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the estate of Ian Charles McBoyle of Heathfield, Doyle Road, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 1RG, who died on 8 September 2023 and in respect of whom a Grant of Probate was issued by the Bailiwick of Guernsey Probate Registry on the 21 June 2024 to Laura Mary McBoyle and Hannah Karine McBoyle (the Executors) are required to send particulars in writing to Helena Lavin of Walkers LLP whose address is Walkers (Guernsey) LLP, Block B, Helvetia Court, Les Echelons, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 1AR on or before 31 October 2024 after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the property of the deceased among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which the Executors have had notice by 31 October 2024. The Executors shall not, as respects the property so distributed, be liable to any person whose claims or demands the Executors have not had notice by 31 October 2024.
