NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that all creditors and others having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the Estate of the late Olga Joyce Ford, of L’Ecume de Mer, Cobo Coast Road, COBO, Castel, Guernsey, GY5 7HB, who died on 31 May 2024, whose Will was proved in the Bailiwick of Guernsey Probate Registry on 19 July 2024 by Patricia Anne Frances Ford (the "Executor") are required to send particulars in writing to the Executor whose address is c/o L’Ecume de Mer, Cobo Coast Road, COBO, Castel, Guernsey, GY5 7HB, on or before 11 November 2024 after which date the Executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which she has had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the deceased or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands it has not had notice, the whole in conformity with The Prescription (Amendment) (Guernsey) Law, 1997.
