NOTICE
THE ROAD TRAFFIC (PARKING PLACES) ORDINANCE, 1963
In exercise of the powers conferred upon the Committee for the Environment & Infrastructure by Section 1 of The Road Traffic (Parking Places) Ordinance, 1963, as amended, notice is given of proposals to:
Remove a 23hr approved parking space near 13 Rue Jehannet, St Martin and replace it with an approved parking space reserved for people in possession of a Blue Badge.
Remove an approved parking space reserved for people in possession of a Blue Badge near 16 Rue Jehannet, St Martin and replace it with a 23hr approved parking space.
Remove an approved parking space reserved for people in possession of a Blue Badge near 18 Rougeval, St Peter Port and replace it with a 23hr approved parking space.
Remove an approved parking space reserved for people in possession of a Blue Badge near Figtree Cottage, Le Picquerel, Vale.
Remove a 10hr disc parking space near The Birds Nest, Les Vauxlaurens, St Peter Port and replace it with 23hr approved motorcycle parking.
Remove a 10hr disc parking space near 2 Bentley Place, New Paris Road, St Peter Port and replace it with 23hr approved motorcycle parking.
Remove a 23hr approved parking space reserved for vehicles not exceeding 3.6m long by 1.7m wide near 3 Cameron Place, Upper St Jacques, St Peter Port.
Remove a 23hr approved parking space near 2 Connaught Terrace, Victoria Avenue, St Sampson and replace it with an approved parking space reserved for people in possession of a Blue Badge.
Install an approved parking space reserved for people in possession of a Blue Badge near Bracken House, Water Lanes, St Peter Port.
