NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that all creditors and others having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the Estate of the late Robin Victor Rae of Connaught Care Home, Le Val in the Island of Alderney who died on 3 May 2024 and whose Will was proved in the Bailiwick of Guernsey Probate Registry on 21 June 2024 by Davey Gordon Le Marquand (the "Administrator") are required to send particulars in writing to the Administrator whose address is Carey House, Les Banques, Saint Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 4BZ on or before 12 November 2024 after which date the Administrator will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which he has had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the deceased or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands he has not had notice, the whole in conformity with The Prescription (Amendment) (Guernsey) Law, 1997.
