NOTICE TO SHERBOURNE INVESTMENTS LIMITED (incorporated in Anguilla, Company Number 2015551) OF APPLICATION BY HIS MAJESTY’S COMPTROLLER TO ENFORCE AN EXTERNAL CONFISCATION ORDER

His Majesty’s Comptroller has made an application, dated 23^rd July 2024, to enforce an external confiscation order and to realise property held in accounts with Bank Julius Baer & Co Limited in the name of Sherbourne Investments Limited.

The application is listed on 19^th September 2024 and any representations on behalf of Sherbourne Investments Limited should be forwarded to the Royal Court and His Majesty’s Comptroller by 23^rd August 2024.
