NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Rothschild & Co Continuation Finance CI Limited (in Voluntary Winding Up) (“the Company”) duly passed a written Special Resolution placing the Company in voluntary winding up with effect from 8 August 2024 in accordance with the provisions of section 391(1)(b) of the Companies (Guernsey) Law, 2008, and Stuart Gardner and Matthew Coomber of Ernst & Young LLP were appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up.

All persons having claims against the above-named Company are requested to send a detailed account thereof to the Joint Liquidators on or before 20 September 2024.
