OXFORD INSTRUMENTS FUNDING LTD (in Voluntary Liquidation) Company No. 64364 ———— NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that by written resolution of the shareholder of Oxford Instruments Funding Ltd (the “Company”) on 7 August 2024, the following resolutions were passed by the member: THAT the Company be and is hereby wound-up voluntarily; and THAT Sophie Smith and Matthew Wright of Leonard Curtis C.I. Limited, Les Vardes House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 1EL be and they are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up of the Company.
