ASKHAM LANE LIMITED AND SILVER CAMEL LIMITED (IN LIQUIDATION)

(“the Companies”)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following Written Resolution of the Members of the respective Companies was unanimously adopted as a Special Resolution on 5 August 2024 for Askham Lane Limited and 7 August 2024 for Silver Camel Limited:

“THAT the Company be placed into a Members’ Voluntary Winding Up.”

And that the following Written Resolution of the Members of the respective Companies was unanimously adopted as an Ordinary Resolution on 5 August 2024 for Askham Lane Limited and 7 August 2024 for Silver Camel Limited:

“THAT Andrea Harris and Benjamin Alexander Rhodes of Grant Thornton Limited, St James Place, St James Street, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 2NZ be hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company.”

All persons having claims against either of the Companies are required to submit details to the Joint Liquidators before 10 September 2024 and all persons indebted to the Companies are required to settle their debt with the Joint Liquidators by the above date.
