ESTATE OF VALERIE JANE JONES (née Meekings) DECEASED

NOTICE IS GIVEN to all heirs or potential heirs claiming to be beneficially interested in the Guernsey Real Property of the late Valerie Jane Jones (née Meekings) of 11 Marina Court, St Peter Port, Guernsey and 11 Anzac Avenue, Collaroy, New South Wales 2097, Australia who died on 12 May 2024 that an application will be made to the Ordinary Division of the Royal Court of Guernsey at 9.30am on Friday 30 August 2024 by GARETH LLOYD JONES for the following orders:

1. for an Administration Order under Section 4 of The Law Reform (Inheritance and Miscellaneous Provisions) (Guernsey) Law, 2006 ("the Law") in respect of the Guernsey Real Estate of the late Valerie Jane Jones;

2. for Advocate Adrian Sarchet to be appointed Administrator in respect of the Guernsey Real Estate of the late Valerie Jane Jones; and

3. for an order pursuant to section 17(1)(a)(iv) of the Law that the Guernsey Real Estate of the late Valerie Jane Jones be vested in the Applicant Gareth Lloyd Jones.
