NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Written Resolution of the Members of the Company was executed on 22 August 2024, the following Special Resolution was confirmed:

“THAT the Company be voluntarily wound up in accordance with Section 391(1)(b) of the Companies (Guernsey) Law, 2008, as amended (the “Companies Law”).”

That Nicholas Vermeulen and Natalie Boes, of Royal Bank Place, 1 Glategny Esplanade, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 4ND be appointed as Joint Liquidators (the “Joint Liquidators”) of the Company.

All persons owing monies to the above-mentioned company are requested to settle the account concerned direct with the Joint Liquidators.

All persons having claims against the above-mentioned company are requested to send a detailed account thereof to the Joint Liquidators on or before 18 September 2024.
