Please can you kindly publish the following notice in La Gazette Officielle on Thursday 5^th September 2024 and Thursday 12^th September 2024, namely

ABANDONED VEHICLE

ADVOCATE ANDREW JOHN AYRES, in his capacity as Guardian of Mary Carol Gales, gives notice that the following car has been left unattended at Flat 1, Les Hougues Brayes, Ruette Braye, St Peter Port, GY1 1PJ in derelict condition in excess of 10 months and is assumed to have been abandoned:

1. Ford Focus – Registration number - 71514

The above mentioned vehicle will be disposed of unless the owner removes their vehicle from the land by 12 October 2024. All costs incurred will be borne by the respective owners.
