NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that all creditors and others having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the Estate of the late Belinda Gertrude Allies (also known as Belinda Gertrude Allanson; formerly known as Belinda Gertrude Fairweather) of  The Marshes, Les Grandes Marais, Vale, Guernsey who died on the 10 June 2024, and in respect of whose estate a Grant of Probate was issued by the Bailiwick of Guernsey Probate Registry on the 30 August 2024 to Colin David Jeffreys, ‘the Executor’, are required to send particulars in writing to the Executor care of Crossways Centre, Braye Road, Vale, Guernsey GY3 5PH, on or before the 6 December 2024 after which date the Executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which the Executor had had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the deceased or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands the Executor had not had notice, the whole in conformity with The Prescription (Amendment) (Guernsey) Law, 1997.
