GUERNSEY COMPETITION AND REGULATORY AUTHORITY: STATUTORY NOTICE OF FINAL DIRECTION

The Guernsey Competition and Regulatory Authority (GCRA) hereby gives notice that, on 01 October 2024, it issued a Statutory Notice of a Final Direction to Sure (Guernsey) Limited under section 27 of the Telecommunications (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2001. Full details of the final direction and the reasons for it are set out in the Final Direction which will be published on the GCRA’s website under matter T1644G: https://www.gcra.gg.
