ESTATE OF ERIC ARTHUR WAKEHAM, DECEASED

NOTICE IS GIVEN to all heirs or potential heirs claiming to be beneficially interested in the Real Property of ERIC ARTHUR WAKEHAM (the "Deceased") of Skerry, 5, Connaught Terrance, Victoria Avenue, St Sampsons, Guernsey, GY2 4AY, who died at Brock Ward, Princess Elizabeth Hospital aforesaid, on 20 December 2023, that an application will be made to the Ordinary Division of the Royal Court of Guernsey at 9.30 a.m. on Friday 18 October 2024 by Nichola Marie Manton for the following orders:-

1. an Administration Order pursuant to section 4 of the Law Reform (Inheritance and Miscellaneous Provisions) (Guernsey) Law, 2006 of all of the Real Property of the Deceased; and
2. the appointment of Nichola Marie Manton as the Administrator of the Real Property of the Deceased (the "Administrator");

WHEREUPON the aforesaid applications being granted, the Administrator will apply to the Court for a further order namely:-

3. that the Real Property of the Deceased be vested in the Applicant for an estate of inheritance for herself and her heirs pursuant to Section 17(1)(a)(iv) of the Law.
