Parish of St Pierre du Bois (updated)

The Electors of the Parish are invited to meet at the Community Hall, Les

Buttes, on Wednesday 6th November 2024 at 7.00pm, to elect:-

THREE DOUZENIERS for the period

2025-2028 to replace Mr D de Lisle, Mr

M Le Poidevin and Mr M de Laune.

ONE DOUZENIER to replace Mr T

Langlois who has one year, 2025, of his

term remaining.

ONE MEMBER OF LA MARE

DE CARTERET HIGH SCHOOL

COMMITTEE for the year of 2025 to

replace Mr T Langlois.

TWO MEMBERS OF LA

HOUGUETTE PRIMARY SCHOOL

COMMITTEE for the year of 2025.

Nomination forms are obtainable from

the Douzaine Room, Les Buttes, or at

www.stpierredubois.org and completed

forms must be returned to the Douzaine

Room no later than 4.00pm on Monday

28th October 2024

For the Electors and Rate Payers:

1. To name auditors to examine the

Parish Accounts for 2024.

2. To receive the reports of the Parish

Elected Members of the following

school committees:-

• La Mare de Carteret High School

• La Houguette Primary School

3. To decide what time Parish Meetings

will be held in 2025.

4. To take all measures relating to the

above as the Electors and Ratepayers

may deem advisable
