THE LAW REFORM (INHERITANCE AND MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) (GUERNSEY) LAW, 2006

To any person claiming to be entitled to the Real Estate of the late Roy William Reeve of Les Ormes Care Home, Rue de Galaad, Castel who died on 24^th December 2013 (“the Deceased”) TAKE NOTICE that Karen Elizabeth Smith will apply to the Royal Court at 9.30am on Friday 18^th October 2024 for:-

1. an Administration Order under s.4 of the Law;
2. to be appointed as Administrator of the Real Estate of the Deceased; and
3. permission to distribute the proceeds of sale of the Real Estate forthwith upon such sale without further application to the Court.
