Sejour at the conclusion of the meeting

convened by the Churchwardens which

commences at 7.30pm on Wednesday

6th November 2024.

Nominations are invited.

BY THE ELECTORS ONLY TO ELECT

ONE CONSTABLE for a two-year

term of offi ce until 31 December 2026

SIX DOUZENIERS - fi ve for a fouryear

term until 31 December 2028,

(Mr B J Cash, Mr T Moore, Ms D

Mitchell, Mrs R Henderson, Mr P

Smith who are all eligible for reelection)

and one to complete a threeyear

term until 31 December 2027.

To appoint accountants and auditors

for the Parish accounts for the year

2024 and 2025.

To appoint accountants and auditors

for the Procureur of the Poor account

for 2024 and 2025.

To receive an update on the issue of

the outstanding audited accounts.

To review the Douzaine vision for the

future of St Peter Port.

To fi x the time at which Parish

Meetings shall be held during 2025.

To take all such measures as the

Electors and Ratepayers may deem

advisable.

The Constables invite those attending

to stay on for refreshments and the

opportunity to meet with the Douzaine.
