NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with Section 30(8)(a) of the Limited Partnerships (Guernsey) Law, 1995, as amended, that on 18 October 2024 in accordance with the consent of Calunius Special Opportunities GP Limited (“the GP”) and the Limited Partners it was agreed that the LP be dissolved and that the GP be appointed as Liquidating Trustee.
