In the Estate of THOMAS ARTHUR REMFREY of Maison L'Aumone Residential Home, L'Aumone, Castel, Guernsey (and formerly of 8 Belvoir House, Rue de la Hougue, Castel, Guernsey) who died on 17 July 2024 – TAKE NOTICE that all persons having any claim to or against the above Estate are hereby required to send written particulars thereof to the Executor, BENJAMIN REMFREY, of Les Roches Fleuries, Grand Douit Lane, St Sampson, Guernsey, GY2 4WG, to arrive on or before 24 January 2025, failing which the Executor will distribute the Estate without regard thereto, and shall not, as respects the Estate so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim he has not had notice at the time of distribution, the whole pursuant to The Prescription (Amendment) (Guernsey) Law, 1997.
