In the Estate of GENE MARY POOLE (née Breban) of Chateau du Village Private Nursing Home, Fort Road, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 1ZP (formerly of Highbury, Rue des Crabbes, St Saviour, Guernsey GY7 9QH) who died on 24 February 2024  – TAKE NOTICE that all persons having any claim to or against the above Estate are hereby required to send written particulars thereof to the Executrix, RACHEL LOUISE RHYDWEN-JONES, Tamarisk, Les Eturs, Castel, Guernsey GY5 7DU to arrive on or before 31 January 2025, failing which the Executrix will distribute the Estate without regard thereto, and shall not, as respects the Estate so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim she has not had notice at the time of distribution, the whole pursuant to The Prescription (Amendment) (Guernsey) Law, 1997.  COLLAS CRILL LLP
