NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 23 October 2024 the following resolutions were passed by the member of the Company:

THAT the Company be voluntarily wound up and placed into voluntary liquidation with immediate effect pursuant to section 391(1)(b) of the Law (the Winding Up) and

THAT Linda Maree Johnson and Mark Russell Kelly of KPMG Advisory Limited, Glategny Esplanade, Glategny Court, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 1WR be appointed as joint liquidators of the Company (the “Joint Liquidators”) with the power to act jointly and severally, in accordance with section 395(1)(a) of the Law to wind up the affairs of the Company.

All persons having claims against, or who are indebted to, the above-named Company are requested to send details thereof to the Liquidators at the address below not later than 3 weeks after date of this notice going up.
