NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on 31 October 2024, the following Special Resolution was confirmed:

“THAT the Company be wound up voluntarily pursuant to Section 391(1)(b) of The Companies (Guernsey) Law, 2008”

Nicholas Vermuelen and Natalie Boes, both of PricewaterhouseCoopers CI LLP, Royal Bank Place, 1 Glategny Esplanade, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 4ND (the “Joint Liquidators”) be appointed Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up of the Company and any power conferred on them by law or by this resolution may be exercised and any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by them may be done by them jointly or by each of them alone.

All persons owing monies to the above-mentioned company are requested to settle the account concerned directly with the Joint Liquidators.

All persons having claims against the above-mentioned company are requested to send a detailed account thereof to the Joint Liquidators on or before 25 November 2024.
