NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Written Resolution of the Members of the Company was executed on 12 November 2024, the following Special Resolution was confirmed:

“THAT the Company be wound up voluntarily pursuant to Section 391(1)(b) of the Companies (Guernsey) Law, 2008, as amended and Natalie Boes and Nicholas Vermeulen, both of Royal Bank Place, 1 Glategny Esplanade, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 4ND, be appointed as Liquidators (the “Liquidators”) of the Company."

All persons owing monies to the above-mentioned company are requested to settle the account concerned direct with the Joint Liquidators.

All persons having claims against the above-mentioned company are requested to send a detailed account thereof to the Joint Liquidators on or before 4 December 2024.
