GALLEON HOLDINGS LIMITED, the owner of an area of land at LA PLAIDERIE, St Peter Port (shown outlined in red on a plan submitted with the application hereinafter mentioned) hereby GIVES NOTICE that trespassers upon the area of land shall be liable to a penalty not exceeding £50 (or such other sum as may be specified by law from time to time as the maximum penalty payable by trespassers on property which has been declared a l’amende) payable pursuant to an Act of the Royal Court following the application of the said owner on the 15^th November, 2024.
